Does Remofy work without the original Samsung remote?
Yes. Remofy connects to your Samsung Smart TV over Wi-Fi, so you don't need the physical remote — only that both devices are on the same network and you accept the one-time on-screen prompt.
Which Samsung TVs are supported?
Samsung Smart TVs running Tizen (most models from 2016 onwards) that are connected to your Wi-Fi network.
Why won't my Samsung TV connect?
Make sure the phone and TV are on the same Wi-Fi network (not a guest or 5GHz-only network the TV can't see), the TV is powered on, and you've accepted the Allow prompt. If it still won't appear, fully power-cycle the TV and reopen Remofy so it rediscovers it.
