How do I connect to a Fire TV TV?
- 1Put your phone and Fire TV / Firestick on the same Wi-Fi network.
- 2Open Remofy and select your Fire TV from the discovered devices.
- 3Approve the connection prompt on the TV screen.
- 4Control navigation, playback and apps from your phone.
Pairing note: Fire TV asks you to approve the connection once on the TV screen (enable ADB debugging if prompted). After that, Remofy reconnects automatically.

How do I use a Firestick without the remote?
Install Remofy on your phone, connect both your phone and Firestick to the same Wi-Fi network, and approve the one-time on-screen prompt. You can then control the Firestick entirely from your phone.
Do I need the original Fire TV remote to set this up?
No. Remofy connects over Wi-Fi. As long as your Firestick is already on your Wi-Fi network, you can control it from your phone without the physical remote.
