How do I connect to a Android TV TV?
- 1Connect your phone and Android TV / Google TV to the same Wi-Fi network.
- 2Open Remofy and select your device.
- 3Enter the 6-digit pairing code shown on the TV.
- 4Use the D-pad, keyboard, touchpad and app shortcuts.
Pairing note: Your Android TV shows a 6-digit pairing code on first connection — enter it into Remofy once to establish a secure connection.

Does this work with Google TV and Nvidia Shield?
Yes. Remofy speaks the Android TV Remote v2 protocol, which covers Android TV, Google TV, the Chromecast with Google TV, Nvidia Shield and most Sony/Philips/TCL Android TV models.
Can I type on the TV with my phone?
Yes. When a text field is focused on the TV, Remofy's keyboard sends your typing to the TV, which is far faster than the on-screen D-pad keyboard.
